Half Marathon for Charity

Hi All,

Some of you are aware that I now reside down under in sunny Perth, Australia.

I am running a half marathon to raise money and awareness of Suicide which is the biggest cause of death for men under 40 in Australia.

Silver Linings is a Charity we have set up to work closely with Lifeline Australia.

It is a horrible thing to go through and unfortunately this is the third person close to me that has ended their own life.

There is a stigma about depression and especially men don't think they will be accepted for what they are going through.

Both my brother and my Dad have their own daily battles so it is something I am all too familiar with.

As I have said, if we can save just one life it will all be worth it.
