Boro have bid accepted for Martyn Waghorn
Middlesbrough have had a bid accepted by Ipswich Town for striker Martyn Waghorn.
It appears Boro have won the race to sign Ipswich Town striker Martyn Waghorn for an upfront fee of £6 million.Personal terms are ongoing between the 28-year-old and Boro, as they hope to push the deal through before Tuesday night's fixture against Sheffield United.Speaking last night, Ipswich Town manager Paul Hurst said that they would have to accept a fee slightly below their valuation as a potential move to Derby County fell through at the last minute due to Matej Vydra failing to agree personal terms with Leeds United.
