Crosby Leaves Boro

Crosby Leaves Boro

Boro have parted company with assistant manager Malcolm Crosby.

Crosby joined Boro 5 years ago as reserve team manager and was then promoted to assistant boss by Gareth Southgate in June 2006.

It is understood that Southgate is having a shake up of the back-room staff after being relegated from the Premier League.

Sports psychologist Michael Caulfied has also left the club.

"Gareth has decided to make changes at the club and unfortunately I am part of those changes," said Crosby.

I am disappointed after working for three years as Gareth's assistant but I wish them the best for next season.
