Michael O'Neill would be way down on my list, I know Northern Ireland haven't got a huge amount of resources to work with... but the football is pretty terrible and there's a huge difference between managing an international team and managing in club football.

Funnily enough, I was thinking yesterday how he hadn't been publically linked yet but he would undoubtedly be in the running.

Think people might be being harsh on managers like O'Neill and Cowley when talking about their playing styles. They were both working with very limited resources. They have played to the strengths of the players they had available and found success in doing so. No reason why they couldn't adopt a different style when given a new remit.

They’d be working with limited resources here.
